Bournemouth Airport has had possibly it's busiest year on record, well as long as most can remember, it is again looking forward to an exciting new range of destinations for 2007. Bournemouth Airport advertising contact: www.airport-advertising.com
LUXOR, EGYPT: For the first time ever the Bournemouth-based airline, Palmair, will be offering one week holidays to Luxor during February and March – a great opportunity to escape from a miserable English winter.
AMSTERDAM - DOUBLE DAILY: Started in late March 06, Thomsonfly.com will be operating ‘double daily’ flights to Amsterdam every Monday, Tuesday and Friday, giving passengers the opportunity to spend a whole day in the city and return home that evening. An ideal service for businessmen and those who want to explore the city without the hassle or expense of an overnight stay.
IBIZA: Just as 2005 came to a close, Thomson Holidays confirmed that they would be offering weekly flights to Ibiza during summer 06. Traditional charter holidays plus seat only options will be available on the flights which depart every Monday morning between May and October. 2007 looks to be another exciting year.
TURKEY: 2006 will be the first year that the airport will see direct flights to and from the Bodrum Peninsula in Turkey being operated by one of the best known names in the travel industry - Thomas Cook. Flights will depart during May and June, and September and October, although it realy is a pity they decided not to fly to Dalaman as this is far nearer the South and South west of Turkey now becoming the far better area of Turkey to visit, in particular the enchanting villages of Kas and Kalkan. Dalaman is expected to be added in 2007 but by an alternative operator, however more expensive.
CRETE: Two tour companies will be operating a limited programme of holidays to Crete in September and October – Newmarket Air Holidays and Thomas Cook. It one of the airport’s ‘most requested’ holiday destinations and forward bookings are already encouraging.
PAPHOS, CYPRUS: For the first time the airport has a comprehensive programme of flights to Paphos during the spring and summer. Palmair will be operating weekly flights during March and April, whilst Thomas Cook and Thomson Holidays will be operating weekly flights between May and October.

Bournemouth Airport is growing with flights from a number of low cost airlines. The Airport has good parking facilities, disabled access contact(Airport Duty Officer on (01202) 364170) , a bar, food outlets and shops.
On a sad note, Bournemouth Airport lost one of, if not the longest supporters of the airport, Mr Peter Bath. He will be sadly missed by many.
